Sept. 15, 2022, 8:17 PMArizona store must also review policies, train workersCharging party, two others will share monetary awardAn Arizona federal judge Thursday approved an agreement between Lowe's Home Centers Inc. and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that settled for $700,000 the agency's lawsuit alleging sexual harassment at the company's Lake Havasu City store sexually harassed other workers.The settlement also requires Lowe's to review its anti-harassment and other workplace policies and to distribute any revised policy to employees at the store and new hires.
