The mural on the Agency Road side of the Parker Public Library is finished. A dedication ceremony and ribbon-cutting were held on Friday, Dec. 16.The event was sponsored by the Parker Regional Chamber of Commerce & Tourism. Chamber Director Melissa Newton and Library Director Tracy McConnell both said the mural was a wonderful thing that would be seen and enjoyed for generations to come.The guest of honor was the mural's artist, Rachel Kaiser. She said she enjoyed the project, and it was a joy to work with the library staff.
