Today's News-Herald and the Parker Pioneer are published by River City Newspapers, LLC, (RCN) of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. RCN is a partnership of Wick Communications, Inc. and Western News and Info., Inc. (formerly Western Newspapers, Inc.). It publishes the 7-day daily Today's News-Herald in Lake Havasu City, the weekly Parker and a number of other direct mail and specialty publications. The company was formed Feb. 1, 1995. Initially the company ran the business operations for two competing daily newspapers.
